“The Cherokee football team is back this year after a solid 2000 season.  They are led by one of the best running backs in South Jersey, Sean Mayers.  This is Mayers’ third straight year as the starting tailback. Head Coach Mr. John Scott has a big offensive line that paves the way for Mayers and protects the quarterbacks.”
